  • Digital Representation of Participation (DRP): SOAR’s patent-pending token standard designed to provide a canonical reference for participation, moving away from the “governance token” model.
  • Ownership Coin (OC): The primary asset type on SOAR. Unlike “Donation Coins,” OCs are tokens used to measure a private claim claim on a company’s future liquidity event (IPO or Acquisition).
  • Senior Debt Obligation: In the SOAR context, this means that the private agreement between SOAR the platform and the company experiencing a liquidity event, must settle the obligation first according to the measurement derived from the OC.
  • The “Burn the Boats” Standard: An integrity-first launch mechanism where founders mint only the tokens required for initial liquidity (typically ~6–7%) and “burn” the ability to access a hidden supply.
