The SOAR platform offers three distinct project classifications to help participants understand the level of information, diligence, and screening associated with each launch. These labels are designed to provide clarity — not to determine quality — and to give users the context they need when evaluating opportunities.

✈️ Curated Projects

Curated projects represent the highest standard of screening on SOAR. Denoted by the blue checkmark on platform. A project receives the Curated label when:
  • The project has beentrading on SOAR > 30 days
  • The SOAR team has conducted in-depth research and review
  • Material business details have been verified
  • Founders and teams have demonstrated strong execution and credibility
Curated projects are often companies with:
  • A clear operating history
  • Product-market validation
  • Strong founder backgrounds
  • Transparent communications and disclosures
While not a guarantee of success, and SOAR does not endorse any project, Curated projects reflect the most thoroughly reviewed companies on the platform.

✅ Verified Projects

Verified projects have completed basic business and founder validation, ensuring they are legitimate and operating entities. Denoted by the black/white checkmark on platform. A project receives the Verified label when:
  • The team has completed identity and business verification
  • The team has verified their domain by adding a unique TXT record
  • The team has signed the DRP launch agreement
Verified projects are permisionlessly verified, so we recommend conducting your own dilligence, but they may be:
  • Earlier stage
  • Less publicly disclosed
  • Still refining their vision or model

Projects

Basic projects are launches where the team has not completed SOAR’s full verification process. However, they have completed a basic verification.
Basic verification includes completing a one time passcode sent to an email sharing the same domain as the website listed on the project. This is the minimum level of verification required to be publically listed on the SOAR platform.
This means:
  • Someone within the listed company has put the project on SOAR
  • Limited transparency exists
  • DRP Launch Agreement is not signed
This may mean:
  • The project or founder identity is unverified
  • Business documentation has not been reviewed
  • Disclosures may be incomplete
Users should exercise increased caution and conduct their own research before participating.

All projects on SOAR can eventually sign the DRP agreeement, but it is not required to launch as an Unverified project, users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence and evaluate businesses based on fundamentals, disclosures, and growth potential.
