Create a Draft

Creating a project on SOAR is a guided, step-by-step process designed to maximize your “Perception vs. Reality” score.

• General Information: The first step requires core branding assets. You must provide a high-resolution Project Image and Banner, along with your Project Name, Website, and a compelling Description.
• Immutable Links: Note that your website URL is often locked after the initial step to facilitate the verification and anti-fraud process.
• Live Preview: The interface features a real-time “Preview” pane on the right, allowing you to see exactly how your project card will appear to participants in the Explore Feed.

The Listing Process

Submit Venture and Product Specifications
Detail your company’s core product/service, target audience, and unique value proposition to establish your foundation. This comprehensive submission ensures your venture is accurately represented to the SOAR community. Basic Verification or Full Verification
Execute the mandatory identity and technical verification protocols to confirm your company’s legal integrity. Satisfying these requirements is essential to securing your status as a Verified founder and/or unlocking platform features. Live Deployment and Market Discovery
Finalize your setup to go live on SOAR and begin engaging with an aligned community of participants. Once active, your project facilitates organic discovery, real-time discussion, and global investor awareness. Important note: Listing your venture on SOAR involves no upfront fees, providing a friction-less point of entry for founders. You maintain full autonomy over when to activate your onchain liquidity pool and enable secondary market trading for your tokens.

The path after going live

What happens after you’re live on SOAR?

• You have a fully public page that anyone can view
• Anyone can view, interact, comment, and follow your latest updates
• You can decide to launch a project token anytime in the future

It’s important to note that there’s not a must to launch a token for your project.

Basic Verification

Basic verification requires very minimal steps in order to prove association/ownership over a website to ensure projects listed on SOAR are authentic. The premise is simply to prove association with the domain within the provided website. Your options for completing this basic verification are as follows:

• Send then verify a one time passcode sent to an email with a matching domain to the provided website. I.e: https://launchonsoar.com and john@launchonsoar.com
• Add a unique TXT record to your websites domain. You will not have to repeat this step when completing full verification.

Verification

SOAR’s full verification process is a three step process that verifies the authenticity of a business, its founders, and ensures verified projects have signed the DRP launch agreement. The following are the steps needed to complete SOAR’s full verification process. Keep in mind verified projects on SOAR receive the highest level of visibility, engagement, and capital (when enabling a market).

1. KYB + KYC via Persona
   1. Fill in your businesses basic information using the in app portal. This may include your businesses EIN/TIN, registered address, registered name, state of incorporation, beneficiaries.
   2. IMPORTANT: Upon completing the basic business information form through the in app portal, the provided beneficiaries will receive an email from Persona to verify their identity. Please be sure to check spam inboxes. Beneficiaries will veirfy their identity using Persona.
   3. Your KYB + KYC application will be automatically reviewed by Persona, but may be subject to further review by SOAR. This process may take 2 minutes or 24 hours. To accelerate the approval of this step please join the SOAR telegram.
2. Verify Your Domain
   1. To verify that the website you input to your project is in fact you own, you will need to add a unique TXT record to your domain.
      1. Go to your DNS provider and login to the dashboard.
      2. Add a TXT record.
         1. Name: _soar-site-verification
         2. Value: <Unique Value Provided Via SOAR>
   2. When the TXT record propogates on your domain it will automatically be detected by SOAR.
3. Sign SOAR DRP Launch Agreements
   1. Using the provided information from the KYB + KYC step, sign the DRP launch agreements. You can review the contents of these agreements in full here.
