# What is DRP

**The Digital Representation of Participation (DRP)** is a patent-pending token standard that enforces a "burn the boats" integrity model, ensuring a strict FDV = Market Cap parity where 100% of authorized tokens represent 100% of a company’s future value. Anchored by a legally binding Senior Debt agreement, the percentage of circulating tokens defines the company’s financial obligation to SOAR during a liquidity event, such as an IPO or acquisition. 

By locking the majority of supply behind public, performance-based disclosures and rewarding token buybacks to reduce obligations, the DRP standard aligns founder incentives directly with holder value, transforming tokens into credible primitives grounded in authentic business performance.
