SOAR is building the infrastructure for the **Internet Capital Market**, providing founders with non-dilutive capital while offering participants and investors liquid exposure to the world's most promising startups.

## Vision

To establish the **Digital Representation of Participation (DRP)** as the canonical global standard for on-chain capital formation, bridging the gap between early-stage innovation and retail liquidity.
